“Really badly organised, "English" tour guide could not speak English, no commentary from the tour guide on the coach, and what she did say nobody could understand. Train back was in pitch black after an hour and although we were told that half the tour would be in the dark, we were told certain parts were illuminated and would be nice to see in the dark.... I didnt see anything. Time in St Morirtz was lovely, however the guide insisted we follow her to a bakery and chocolate shop so I am assuming she was commission based if people spent money. Knowing what I know now I would never have…”
