“Beautiful scenery, relaxing minerals pools with glorious views of the Alps. Not really a tour, since the bus dropped us off at the tram station and we were on our own to get to the hotel and back to Luzerne the next day. We never found the bus which we were to take back to Zurich and ended up spending an additional $100 for train tickets home. The hotel tried to charge us for dinner and the room since they weren't informed that it was prepaid. Definitely a lack of communication on the tour company's part.”

“The view of the snow covered Alps above the clouds was spectacular. It was even more impressive coming out of the clouds on the cable car into the winter wonderland. The boat ride around Lake Lucerne was interesting but could have avoided an embarrassing moment. We did not know our cruise tickets were for the 2nd class lounge and we asked to leave the 1st class lounge! As Americans we did not know!”
