“Environment was amazing! There were a number of opportunities for improvement. The bus ride there was cold on the lower level. All the windows were fogged over so you could not see. The outside windows of the bus had not been cleaned. The cafeteria on the mountain had abysmal service. There is a huge opportunity there. Someone should go to the Zermatt/Matterhorn cafe and see how it should be done. Someone of the people were very cold and a warning may have helped them dress better. Clearly world class but relied too much on the mountain and not enough on the service.”

“I feel the need to review the tour described below. This was a 2 hour bus tour. As we departed the lot the guide announced it would be a walking tour because the driver had to get to the airport. He knew about this but alllowed us to board the bus anyway. I am sure we would have cancelled as I am scheduled for knee surgery and wanted a bus tour. 45 minutes into the tour the bus stopped and made us deboard and start the walking portion.
