“We loved the experience, Carsten was a great guide. Dragon the driver was also nice. Unable to do the ice flyer due to wind, but we managed everything else. The only area that could be better was whilst in the bus, other passengers were playing their phones without headphones and this was annoying and distracting. Being told to wear headphones during the initial brief and then monitoring this throughout the journey would be good. Overall a good trip.”
