“Environment was amazing! There were a number of opportunities for improvement. The bus ride there was cold on the lower level. All the windows were fogged over so you could not see. The outside windows of the bus had not been cleaned. The cafeteria on the mountain had abysmal service. There is a huge opportunity there. Someone should go to the Zermatt/Matterhorn cafe and see how it should be done. Someone of the people were very cold and a warning may have helped them dress better. Clearly world class but relied too much on the mountain and not enough on the service.”

We never saw her again all day. If you knew the area the places she pointed to on the map would be clear but we actually got lost. This is an independent tour, which is fine, but clearer information is needed up…”
