“the time were given to get the train meant we arrived at around 10.00 and everything was shut around the lake so we wandered round then decided to head to the castle and viewpoint, whilst walking across the weather cleared and we were afforded better pictures and views of the falls. the viewpoint was brilliant but I think it would be better if the journey started in stein am rhein so that more of the falls facilities were open by midday when you arrived there. it would be good to advise future customers because they could then decide. also because the falls ride was cancelled it spoilt the day somewhat.”
