“He was knowledgeable guide. However his social skills were lacking. He asked us the met in the lobby at 7:50 am and we were all waiting for him. He never went around the lobby to see If our group was there. He never called my name. I finally went to the front desk and the receptionist said he was sitting in the corner. After we left the hotel he was walking 30 meters in front of everyone. He could have been explaining to everyone the days activities. He seemed rather unfriendly. Once the tour started he was better.”
