“Beautiful scenery, relaxing minerals pools with glorious views of the Alps. Not really a tour, since the bus dropped us off at the tram station and we were on our own to get to the hotel and back to Luzerne the next day. We never found the bus which we were to take back to Zurich and ended up spending an additional $100 for train tickets home. The hotel tried to charge us for dinner and the room since they weren't informed that it was prepaid. Definitely a lack of communication on the tour company's part.”

“This was a great journey for us! We left the majority of our luggage with friends in Germany, so all we had was a backpack, less luggage is better. Both days of our tour were great and we enjoyed our extra time in Interlaken. It was the perfect enhancement to our stay in Switzerland. We did have to clarify a few things with our guide, like checking into our hotel during the Interlaken stop before reloading the bus to Grindelwald, and then taking the train back to Interlaken, the train ticket was included. “Mount pilatus was nice but Titilus was a nightmare. Strong winds prevented us reaching the summit and we only found out from the tour guide in the morning. Because it was an overnight tour we were either stuck in Lucerne to find our own way back to Zurich, or to continue the tour but just stay at the base town. The base town was pretty average and not worth the high cost of the tour. I recomended doing day tours from zurich to both of these places separately as the accommodation in lucerne was also average.
